what is senior week?
Today is the final day of the first senior week here at Carrie Owens Photography. Thanks so much for joining us! If it’s your first time seeing these posts make sure to go back through the week and see all of the great teens that have been featured. If you are a graduating senior and haven’t booked your senior session yet – let’s talk! And for all of you current juniors that will be Class of 2019, it’s not too early to start planning! Winter can be brutal here in Utah so many seniors will book their sessions in the late summer before their senior year to get the look that they want (more clothing options too!!). Moms love this because it’s one less thing to have to worry about during the already busy senior year….trust me, moms…it goes by fast!

Who are the people that you hold near and dear? Maybe it’s a group of kids that you’ve been friends with forever. Maybe it’s one or two people that understand you in ways that no one else does. Maybe this is your first year at a new school and you’re meeting all new people. Whatever the case may be – be open. Smile more, say hi to people that you see in the halls. Friendships can come out of the most unlikely places and when you find that person that gets you…hold onto them!
