Newborn photography makes me smile every time. Even when the little one doesn’t want to sleep. Babies (especially newborns) are on their own schedule and I’m pretty sure that a photo session isn’t what they have in mind for their day. And that’s ok. Newborns are adorable and smell amazing and really get to call the shots so we forgive them easily for not going along with our plans. And usually we can get them to sleep…and if not, we can still get amazing shots. This sweet family was patient and once we got this sweet boy to sleep the session progressed quickly and he even rewarded us with an awesome little grin…I mean, really. Did you see the grin? I loved photographing this family at home, getting to know big sister and mom and dad and even the grandparents…it’s clear that this little one is very loved.
