I had been waiting for a snow ever since we got our weekend of snow last month but it just wasn’t coming. I had a shoot idea in my mind that I wanted to do with my kids but I needed snow and I wasn’t getting my wish. Finally, after a quick dusting last weekend, I grabbed the kids and a quilt and took them into the backyard one morning before school to grab a few quick shots. We didn’t have much time and the snow ended up melting away later that day, but I got the main image I wanted of the tree of them together and a few more of them by themselves.
