Hello Saturday, oh how I’ve been looking forward to you. It’s been a busy and fun week

Here is the eighth installment of my 4 the love of focus project 52 myworldyourworld group. We have been posting every week our two images side by side in a diptych as shown below.  It has been great to see everyone’s take on the themes each week and to see how differently each person views a topic. This week our creative prompt was weather…and I really thought that Mother Nature was going to cooperate with some gorgeous white winter Utah snow on Friday when I needed to get my image done…and I did get some Friday morning, but not enough to get the image that I wanted. So instead I took the opportunity to photograph the snow and ice as it melts and retreats off of the stone steps in my backyard. Now this morning…THAT was something different all together!! We got lots of snow 🙂
