For this week’s prompt I tried to really pay attention to how the kids played…what did they do for fun. They love to swim and we do play a lot of sports, but in their downtime (which we admittedly don’t have a lot of) what is it that they do? I looked and observed and tried to figure out what it was that I wanted to capture…and as kids who do love video games but who rarely get to play them, I thought that was a great thing to capture.

This room is the hang out room, the tv room, the snuggle up with blankets and relax room. And sometimes it’s the video game room. I love these images of my boys, love that they’re snuggled in, love that I can see their hands. I love that the images are dark and cozy.
