I love when I meet a senior who is passionate about something and wants to show that off in their senior session. I met Hunter when he was likely 10 or 11 but we hadn’t seen each other for years. I had such a great time with him at both his swim session and his senior session at the studio. He’s a natural in front of the camera and was willing to try anything for the shot and had lots of great ideas for his session with me. I love the images that we were able to get, he’s such a strong swimmer and it was fun to catch up with his family during each of our sessions together.
Please don’t be shy about sharing your passion with me…whatever it may be. You may not be going off to college to continue your swimming career like Hunter did, but whatever you’ve spent years of your life dedicated to as you’ve grown up deserves to be showcased. You might be sick of the pool or the track or the field, but when you’re older, seeing these photos of you doing the thing that you loved will be so important to you. When we schedule your session, let’s talk about all of the things that make you amazing and see how we can incorporate some of those things into your session.
