More catch up this week as the kids are off from school with Spring Break and my mom is visiting from Washington State. We’ve been busy, cleaning and organizing and playing and shopping. Here is my fifteenth installment of my 4 the love of focus project 52 myworldyourworld group. If you’ve been catching these, you know that we have been posting every week(ish) 🙂 our two images side by side in a diptych as shown below. I love seeing everyone’s take on the themes week after week and to see how people can view the same word as a prompt. If you have time, be sure to check out the 4 the love of focus blog to see the other images that have been posted as well as some great member spotlights and other fun tips and insights for photographers.

Our prompt for this week (actually last week) was pride. I couldn’t figure out what a good image might be, and then last Wednesday (my birthday) my daughter made a cake with her activity days girls. It was perfect timing and she was so proud of herself that she got to make a cake for her mom’s birthday.
Please take a moment to head over to Kristyn’s blog to read her thoughts on the last couple prompts, especially this last one. Enjoy!
Love the cake:)
