A: Your session fee covers the session itself. Any products (digital or otherwise) are in addition to that cost. Clients typically select the digital gallery option so that they can use and love all of their photos for generations.
Q: what comes with my session fee?
A: Absolutely! Many of my clients choose to have me take care of all of their printing needs as well as purchase other keepsakes through me for their senior. If you're interested in that, there are several options. If you want to go your own way, I'm happy to give you suggestions if needed.
Q: can I order my prints + products through you?
A: Because of the digital nature of my products, all sales are final. If you have an issue with your purchase, please reach out to me via email and let's see how we can remedy that.
Q: what is your return policy?
A: My online courses will be available towards the end of 2021. I'm excited to offer these products and know that they will be a great tool to have as your child enters their senior year and beyond.
Q: when are your courses going to be available?
A: I keep all sessions live for one year after the session date and you can order any products you would like during that time. If your session was more than a year ago and has been archived, there is a rehosting fee of $50.
