bloom forum’s fab 15 weekly challenge | salt lake city utah photographer | vintage | week 3

This week’s challenge from the bloom forum’s fab 15 had me a little bit stumped. I didn’t want to take a photograph and give it a vintage look, but instead wanted to take a photograph of something vintage. This image is of the dusty interior of my piano that has been the instrument that my children have learned to play…the instrument that I learned to play piano with…and the instrument that my mother learned how to play the piano on as well. I rarely have the top of the piano open for fear of it smashing little fingers, but I love seeing the strings and the interior workings of the piano…I think that it may just stay open for a while.

Vintage piano’s are the best. We had one growing up and it was the family treasure too. This is a gorgeous shot!
